Compliance Specialist – ShebaPay

ShebaPay is expanding, and we’re looking for a Compliance Specialist who is passionate about regulatory excellence and driving a culture of responsible innovation. If you have a strong grasp of financial compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks—this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Compliance Program, including AML/CFT controls, internal audits, and enterprise-wide risk mitigation aligned with PSP regulations.
  • Oversee eKYC, CPV, STR/SAR filings, internal reporting, and ensure seamless external audit and PSP obligation management.
  • Drive continuous risk assessments across products and services, ensuring early detection of compliance gaps and transaction anomalies.
  • Build a strong compliance culture through policy enforcement, staff training, and data privacy best practices.
  • Manage dispute resolution processes related

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in compliance, risk management, PSP operations, fintech, or banking
  • Sound knowledge of AML/CFT practices, PSP regulatory frameworks, and internal control processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ethical judgment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with tech, legal, product, and operations teams
