Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Front-End Developer to join our team! As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for translating UI/UX design wireframes into code that will produce visual elements of web and mobile applications. You will work closely with our design and back-end development teams to ensure seamless integration and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance Shopify apps and e-commerce products.
- Implement custom features using JavaScript.
- Debug and troubleshoot front-end performance and user experience issues.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years + of experience as a Front-End Developer
- Proficient in Vanilla JavaScript (ES5, ES6) and experienced with libraries/frameworks such as jQuery and React.js
- Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks including React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.js
- Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design using Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS
- Deep understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development
- Skilled in using Git for version control and collaborative development
- Demonstrated expertise in UI/UX implementation, with attention to usability and accessibility
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less, and modern build tools such as Webpack, Gulp, and NPM
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
- Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, in a team-based workflow
- Familiarity with Scrum/Agile, Shopify Liquid, and tools like Jira and Bitbucket.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.
