Description

Clicko Digital is a growing digital agency dedicated to delivering high-quality web and app development, UI/UX design, and digital marketing services. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a proactive and dependable HR & Admin Executive to support our internal operations, nurture a positive team culture, and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.

Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Facilitate onboarding of new hires and coordinate training activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance and leave tracking.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment through team-building initiatives.
  • Track and support employee performance review cycles.
  • Collaborate with creative, development, and marketing teams to understand workflows and provide HR support.
  • Coordinate with remote team members and freelancers as required.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations including supplies, logistics, and general administration tasks.
  • Liaise with external vendors (e.g., utilities, internet providers, maintenance services).
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, handling documents, and maintaining internal communications.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient office environment.
  • Prepare basic reports and support internal documentation efforts.
  • Contribute suggestions to improve internal processes and team efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3 years+ of proven experience in HR and administrative roles; prior experience in an IT or creative agency is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools, or a willingness to learn quickly.
  • A positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
