Description

As an IT Compliance & Security Auditor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our systems, policies, and processes align with the highest standards while driving IT governance and cybersecurity excellence across the organization. Responsibilities

Compliance Management

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and Bangladesh Bank regulations.
  • Conduct internal IT audits and manage external audits with regulatory bodies.
  • Lead certification and recertification processes for key compliance frameworks.

Policy Development & Enforcement

  • Develop and enforce IT security policies in alignment with industry standards and Sheba’s objectives.
  • Regularly update IT governance policies to address emerging threats and trends.

Internal Audit & Risk Mitigation

  • Execute IT security audits to evaluate controls and ensure compliance.
  • Identify gaps, recommend solutions, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Cybersecurity & Data Governance

  • Enforce data governance practices to protect sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to establish robust cybersecurity measures aligned with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Certifications: ISO 27001 Certified Auditor (mandatory).
  • Preferred: CISA, CISM, or PCI DSS Implementation certification.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in IT audit, compliance, or IT security in fintech, banking, or IT organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with audits and compliance frameworks such as Bangladesh Bank regulations, ISO standards, and PCI DSS.
