As an SQA Engineer, you’ll design and implement test plans, debug software, and define corrective actions. Responsibilities
- Design and implement test plans, cases, and scripts.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and define corrective actions to resolve issues.
- Review system requirements and ensure alignment with quality assurance standards.
- Track and report on quality assurance metrics (e.g., defect densities, open defect counts).
- Conduct comprehensive tests to identify and resolve software malfunctions.
- Work closely with product and development teams to improve overall quality.
- Perform white-box and black-box testing to ensure robust functionality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software development and/or software quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in writing clear and concise test plans and test cases.
- Hands-on experience with white-box and black-box testing.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools (a plus).
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting (a plus).
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment 0-1 years
- Familiarity with performance and security testing (a plus).
Salary
- 20,000-30,000 BDT
