Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Executive to join our HR & Admin (Recruitment & Talent Acquisition) department. As a Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, as well as conducting recruitment and selection activities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Conduct recruitment and selection activities
  • Source potential candidates through various channels
  • Screen resumes and application forms
  • Conduct interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition is preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Computer/laptop ownership is required
