As we scale our platform, we are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer to take ownership of our web platform, drive enhancements, and lead the development team.

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on development: Maintain, enhance, and optimize our existing web application built with PHP (Laravel), MySQL, Apache/Nginx
  • Technical leadership: Lead and mentor junior developers while actively coding and contributing to projects
  • API integration: Collaborate with the mobile app team to ensure seamless API communication
  • Feature development: Work closely with the product manager to implement new features and improvements
  • System optimization: Troubleshoot, debug, and fix technical issues to ensure platform stability
  • Database performance: Optimize database queries for performance and scalability
  • Infrastructure management: Deploy and maintain application infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS/DigitalOcean)
  • DevOps practices: Implement CI/CD pipelines and monitoring for efficient deployment

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development with PHP and Laravel (v10+)
  • Strong expertise in MySQL 8.0+, database design, and query optimization
  • Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, (Vue.js/React.js is a plus)
  • Experience with RESTful API development and integrations
  • Knowledge of web servers (Apache/Nginx) and deployment strategies
  • Experience in building enterprise solutions.
  • Strong experience with Git/GitHub for version control
  • Familiarity with cloud hosting and deployment (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Docker)
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles to improve user experience
  • Understanding of procurement workflows and B2B platforms
