Description

The Senior HR Executive / HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR operations for retail staff across multiple store locations. The role includes managing recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and performance initiatives, in alignment with retail business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Support HR operations for retail stores, including hiring, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Assist in workforce planning and coordinate with store managers on staffing needs
  • Help implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Coordinate training and development activities for store employees
  • Address employee queries and support grievance redressal processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with payroll coordination
  • Contribute to engagement activities and performance tracking at the store level

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a retail or multi-location setup
  • Good understanding of HR policies, basic labor laws, and retail workforce needs
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel to retail locations as needed
