Description

We’re looking for a Strategic Growth & Partnership Executive who’s passionate about fintech, strategic by nature, and execution-driven. This is your chance to work at the forefront of digital finance, collaborating with banks, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders to build what’s next in inclusive finance.

Responsibilities

Lead and support strategic partnerships with financial institutions for wallet integrations, fund flow, and digital services.
Manage end-to-end project execution, from internal alignment to feature rollout.
Draft and negotiate partnership agreements and commercials.
Drive the launch of new fintech features like payment processing, wallet storage, bill pay, savings and credit schemes, and prepaid cards.
Assist in fintech product design by translating user requirements into implementation plans with the Tech team.
Support growth campaigns, activations, and market entry strategies for Shebapay.
Analyze industry trends, competitor landscape, and tariffs to guide strategic decisions.
Prepare data-backed business cases and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Tech, Product, and Finance to ensure seamless delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in the fintech or financial services industry.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
Solid experience in financial modeling and project execution.
Knowledge of FMCG value chain and fintech competitive landscape is a plus.
Hands-on with tools like ClickUp, Jira, Canva, Illustrator, or Figma.
