At Niyog, we prioritize the privacy and safety of your data. This policy outlines our commitment to ensuring that users can easily delete their personal data from our systems as required by Google Play Store policies and applicable privacy laws.

How to Delete Your Data

1. In-App Data Deletion:
   • Open the Niyog app.
   • Go to Settings > Account Details .
   • Click on "Want to delete your account? Click Here" .
   • Confirm your request. Once confirmed, your data will be permanently deleted within 21 days of the request, after our verification.
2. Request Data Deletion via Email:
   • If you are unable to delete your data through the app, you can contact us:
   • Email: hello@niyog.co
   • Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
   • Include the email address or phone number associated with your account and relevant details to help us identify your data.
   • Once we receive your request, we will process it within 21 days and confirm the deletion.

Data Retention Policy

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. After data deletion:

• Your personal data will be removed from our servers.
• Backup copies may be retained for up to 30 days but will not be used.

Exceptions to Data Deletion

Some data may not be deleted immediately due to:

• Pending transactions or unresolved issues with your account.
