Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
- Unfulfilled Services:
If the service you purchased (e.g., premium job posting, assessment tools,
candidate verification) was not delivered as promised or due to an error from our
side.
- Cancellation by Niyog:
If a service is canceled by Niyog before completion, you will receive a full or
partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
- Technical Errors:
In the case of duplicate payments or payment processing errors, refunds will be
processed after verification.
Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Services that have already been successfully delivered or accessed (e.g.,
completed assessments, job applications processed, etc.).

Situations where incorrect information is provided by the user, causing a failure
in service delivery.
- Change of mind after service initiation or completion.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Submit a Request:

with your name, contact information, order ID, and a detailed explanation of the
refund request.
- Verification:
Our team will review your request and verify the transaction or issue in question.
- Processing:
If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the process within 7–10
business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Important Notes

Refunds may be subject to applicable taxes and payment processing fees, which may
be deducted from the total refund amount.

Requests made beyond 30 days of the transaction date will not be eligible for a
refund.
